Private Helper מחויבת להגנה על פרטיותך. מדיניות זו חלה הן על אפליקציית Private Helper לנייד והן על פלטפורמת האינטרנט של Private Helper.

1. איסוף מידע

אפליקציה לנייד:

האפליקציה שומרת את כל המידע מקומית על המכשיר שלך בלבד. לא נאסף מידע אישי ולא מועבר לשרתים שלנו. החיבורים החיצוניים היחידים הם:

• Google Drive (רק אם בחרת להפעיל גיבוי)
• Google Gemini API (רק אם סיפקת מפתח API משלך ואתה משתמש בתכונת ניתוח ה-AI, או דרך שירות הפרוקסי החינמי שלנו המוגבל למספר קריאות)

פלטפורמת אינטרנט:

אנו אוספים את המידע שאתה מספק בעת יצירת חשבון: כתובת אימייל, מספר טלפון ושם מלא. כמו כן, אנו שומרים את הנתונים, המסמכים והתמונות שאתה מעלה במפורש לפלטפורמה או שולח דרך בוט הוואטסאפ.

2. שימוש במידע ובינה מלאכותית

נתונים ומסמכים שאתה מעלה מעובדים על ידי מודלי בינה מלאכותית מתקדמים (כגון Google Gemini) אך ורק לצורך חילוץ נתונים אוטומטי. אנו מתחייבים שלא להשתמש בנתונים האישיים שלך או במסמכיך לאימון מודלי שפה ציבוריים.

3. גישה ל-Google Drive

כאשר אתה מחבר את Google Drive, Private Helper מבקשת הרשאה מוגבלת (drive.file scope) המאפשרת גישה רק לקבצים ותיקיות שנוצרו על ידי האפליקציה עצמה. אין לנו גישה לקבצים אחרים ב-Google Drive שלך.

השימוש של Private Helper במידע המתקבל מ-Google APIs עומד בהתאם ל-Google API Services User Data Policy, כולל דרישות השימוש המוגבל.

4. אבטחה ואחסון

אפליקציה לנייד:

כל המידע מאוחסן מקומית על המכשיר שלך. גיבויים נשמרים ישירות ב-Google Drive האישי שלך — רק לך יש גישה אליהם.

פלטפורמת אינטרנט:

הקבצים המועלים מאוחסנים בשרתי ענן מאובטחים. עם זאת, איננו יכולים להבטיח אבטחה מוחלטת מפני פרצות סייבר. אנא הימנע מהעלאת מסמכים רגישים במיוחד.

5. מחיקת חשבון ונתונים

אפליקציה לנייד:

אין חשבון. כל המידע נמצא על המכשיר שלך ובשליטתך המלאה. למחיקת כל המידע, פשוט הסר את התקנת האפליקציה. קבצים שגובו ל-Google Drive שלך נשארים שם ובשליטתך.

פלטפורמת אינטרנט:

תוכל לבקש מחיקת חשבונך בכל עת דרך ממשק הפלטפורמה או על ידי יצירת קשר עם התמיכה בכתובת support@privatehelper.app. עם המחיקה, כל הרשומות שלך יוסרו ממסד הנתונים הפעיל שלנו.

6. שיתוף מידע

לעולם לא נמכור, נשכיר או נשתף את הנתונים האישיים שלך עם צדדים שלישיים למטרות שיווקיות. מידע עשוי להיות משותף רק עם ספקי שירותים טכניים (כגון שירותי ענן או AI) אך ורק לצרכים תפעוליים, או אם נדרש על פי חוק.

Privacy Policy — Private Helper

Private Helper is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy applies to both the Private Helper mobile app and the Private Helper web platform.

1. Data Collection

Mobile App:

The app stores all data locally on your device only. No personal information is collected or transmitted to our servers. The only external connections are:

• Google Drive (only if you choose to enable backup)
• Google Gemini API (only if you provide your own API key or use our limited free proxy service)

Web Platform:

We collect information you provide when creating an account: email address, phone number, and full name. We also store the data, documents, and images you explicitly upload to the platform or send via the WhatsApp bot.

2. Use of Data and AI

Data and documents you upload are processed by advanced AI models (such as Google Gemini) solely for automatic data extraction. We commit to never using your personal data or documents for training public language models.

3. Google Drive Access

When you connect Google Drive, Private Helper requests limited permission (drive.file scope) that allows access only to files and folders created by the app itself. We have no access to other files in your Google Drive.

Private Helper's use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Security & Storage

Mobile App:

All data is stored locally on your device. Backups are saved directly to your personal Google Drive — only you have access to them.

Web Platform:

Uploaded files are stored on secure cloud servers. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security against cyber breaches. Please avoid uploading highly sensitive documents.

5. Account & Data Deletion

Mobile App:

There is no account. All data is on your device and under your full control. To delete all data, simply uninstall the app. Files backed up to your Google Drive remain there under your control.

Web Platform:

You can request deletion of your account at any time through the platform interface or by contacting support at support@privatehelper.app. Upon deletion, all your records will be removed from our active database.

6. Data Sharing

We will never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may only be shared with technical service providers (such as cloud or AI services) solely for operational purposes, or if required by law.
