תנאי שימוש — Private Helper

ברוכים הבאים ל-Private Helper. השימוש בשירות שלנו (דרך האפליקציה, האתר או WhatsApp) מהווה הסכמה לתנאים הבאים:

1. אחריות על נתונים ובינה מלאכותית

המערכת משתמשת בטכנולוגיית AI מתקדמת לחילוץ נתונים מתוך מסמכים או טקסט. Private Helper אינה אחראית על דיוק הנתונים שחולצו ונשמרו, ועל כל נזק שעלול להיגרם למשתמש או לצד שלישי כתוצאה מהסתמכות על נתונים אלה.

2. שמירה וסנכרון נתונים

שמירת הנתונים וסנכרונם ב-Google Drive הינם באחריות המשתמש בלבד. Private Helper אינה כותבת ביוזמתה מידע ל-Drive האישי ללא פעולה יזומה או הגדרה מראש מצדכם, ואינה אחראית לאובדן מידע הנובע מתקלות טכניות, הסרת האפליקציה, או שינויים בגישה ל-Google Drive.

3. תזכורות והתראות

המערכת שולחת תזכורות אוטומטיות (למשל לקראת פקיעת אחריות, חידוש מינויים או אירועים) בהתאם לנתונים שנשמרו. Private Helper אינה אחראית לכל נזק, הפסד כספי או עוגמת נפש שייגרמו למשתמש או לצד שלישי כתוצאה מתזכורות שלא נשלחו, נשלחו באיחור, או הכילו מידע שגוי.

4. שירותי צד שלישי

השירות מתבסס על פלטפורמות ותשתיות חיצוניות. השימוש בבוט הוואטסאפ כפוף לתנאי השימוש של Meta (WhatsApp), והגיבוי בענן כפוף לתנאי השימוש של Google Drive. Private Helper אינה אחראית לשינויים, הפסקות שירות, או מדיניות של ספקים אלה.

5. שימוש הוגן (Fair Use)

השירות נועד לשימוש אישי וסביר. אנו שומרים את הזכות לחסום או להגביל משתמשים שיעשו שימוש לרעה במערכת, כגון הצפת השירות בבקשות, ניסיונות פריצה, או העלאת תוכן בלתי חוקי.

6. קניין רוחני

הממשק, הקוד, והלוגיקה של Private Helper הם קניינה הרוחני. אין להעתיק, לשכפל או להשתמש בהם ללא אישור. המסמכים והנתונים שאתם מעלים שייכים לכם בלבד.

7. גרסת בטא ושינויים בשירות

השירות ניתן "כמות שהוא" (As-Is). אנו שומרים את הזכות לעדכן, לשנות, להפסיק שירותים מסוימים, או לשנות מבני תמחור בעתיד בהתראה סבירה.

Welcome to Private Helper. By using our service (via the app, website, or WhatsApp), you agree to the following terms:

1. Data & AI Accuracy

The system uses advanced AI technology to extract data from documents and text. Private Helper is not responsible for the accuracy of extracted and saved data, nor for any damage that may result from relying on such data.

2. Data Storage & Sync

Storing and syncing data to Google Drive is the user's sole responsibility. Private Helper does not write to your personal Drive without your explicit action or prior configuration, and is not responsible for data loss resulting from technical failures, app removal, or changes in Google Drive access.

3. Reminders & Alerts

The system sends automatic reminders (e.g., before warranty expiry, subscription renewal, or events) based on saved data. Private Helper is not responsible for any damage, financial loss, or inconvenience resulting from reminders that were not sent, sent late, or contained incorrect information.

4. Third-Party Services

The service relies on external platforms and infrastructure. Use of the WhatsApp bot is subject to Meta's Terms of Service, and cloud backup is subject to Google Drive's Terms of Service. Private Helper is not responsible for changes, outages, or policies of these providers.

5. Fair Use

The service is intended for personal and reasonable use. We reserve the right to block or restrict users who abuse the system, such as flooding the service with requests, attempting unauthorized access, or uploading illegal content.

6. Intellectual Property

The interface, code, and logic of Private Helper are its intellectual property. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission. The documents and data you upload belong solely to you.

7. Beta & Service Changes

The service is provided "as-is". We reserve the right to update, modify, discontinue certain services, or change pricing structures in the future with reasonable notice.
